  1. Just to throw something else into the mix - as the 290 Black is pre GPF, it allows a stage 1 remap which goes up to about 370bhp. The exhaust also had an abundance of pops and bangs which doesn't rely on a sound generator!
  2. It’s even possible to go to 17’s.
  3. My last Cupra was certainly faster and more fun than the previous two vRS's. It took a test drive to open my eyes though.
  4. Revs would be about 1k instead of 800 and the fans will stay on after stopping.
  5. Could it be a regen taking place if you've got a diesel vRS? Other than that, a leaking exhaust?
  6. As someone with a device that would benefit from @Tell’s information, I find it good to know there’s a solution available - even if it isn’t quite straightforward. Unfortunately I doubt whether I will be progressing down that route as I don’t even use the standard installed SEAT maps enough to truly benefit.
  7. Here's the official info. I find it easier to use a 'kicking motion' instead of a 'waving motion' to make it work.
  8. It would be on the boot lower edge - the lowest/easiest place to reach when the rear is opened.
  9. I can tell you’re a mere youngster as you didn’t mention 8-track or in-car 45rpm disc players!
  10. I think it could be an online update is awaiting? There was a thread about something similar in the Octavia iV section.
  11. It could be down to getting used to how it works. The boot normally requires an 'in/out' kick and touch 'only' the door handle dimple to lock.
  12. Post removed. To comply with the Site Guidelines, please do not link to non OEM equipment.
  13. Two posts merged to this thread.
  14. It's under the strap twist to the right of the spanner and the cap extraction tool is just below it!
  15. I've got Canton in the L&K and find the volume is (obviously) far higher than in my 'Amundsen equivalent' car. My music only gets played via SD/USB but I also find the non Canton system volume slightly down from what I'd prefer.
  16. I'll move this to the right place but would guess that the ports are USB C so that's that end sorted.
  17. I suppose it's worth it for someone local - and a nice offer from the company.
  18. I've done it for you - my good deed of the day!
  19. There are some aftermarket direct replacements which would be my choice.
  20. It might just be the wheel/tyre seating needs sorting as that could be where the air is escaping from?
  21. The original Stream (from memory) may not have had DAB so that could be why you only have the one aerial lead. AUX & power is via the quadlock connector.
