That's correct. If I learn a new key via ODIS in the workshop, all keys must always be present for active use. Only these will work.

There are options, even if it's still an Immo 5a. Find someone with the right equipment who can read the Immo data, convert it into a PIN and CS code, and generate a dealer key that can then program the new key.

I'd be surprised if it worked. The function is the parking light, not CH/LH. That was a separate function in the MQB Classic. As you can see, it has been adapted separately in the MQB EVO.

It doesn't work with your control unit. You can't solve it with coding. You have to change the data set. The one-click app from obd 11 does that.

So, it's anchored here in the dataset. It's clear that not a single light channel is wired with CH/LH... if you read the app, it says that the instrument cluster is flashing and causing malfunctions, as well as the indicators... that means it's being flashed... so OBD 11 is specifically writing to the EEPROM memory of the CH/LH function.
