  1. Full wiring diagrams can be downloaded from a post called something Mk1 Fabia Workshop Manuals, by member Tech1e.
  2. So you have bsg pin 16a/3 connected go ecu pin 58, and bsg T16a/5 to ecu pin 60?
  3. Do you have terminal 15 connection on T18a pin12? BSG unit will not wake up without.
  4. Why 2 & 3? CAN low to diagnostic socket and CAN low to drive bus?
  5. You possibly also need to know which pins for ECU power, earth and switched power?
  6. Same for any of those- 58 of 81-pin ECU connector is CANL, 60 is CANH. Powertrain bus is correct
  7. Hang on a minute... Is it an AUA/AUB engine or BBY/BBZ please?
  8. Ah, I see, I can help with that in a little while. I have done exactly this myself. The unit needs permanent and ignition switched power feeds, and 0V/earth connections, as well as k-line. Will tell you all relevant pin numbers when I get home.
  9. Not sure which unit you mean by bsg? Onboard supply control unit above clutch pedal, J519, VCDS module 09? K-line connection to diagnostic socket should be all you need. What's the problem you're trying to fix?
  10. Yes, that's the right hose to be checking, and yes, looks like the correct fuel filter is fitted. Maybe try a compression test if you have a tester?
  11. Have you sorted yours then, by recoding, @badablade900? If so, that's very useful info to know.
  12. Message me with your VIN and I can find correct part number for you.
  13. Well done. Interestingly the wiring info I'm looking at for CHPA shows four individual pencil-type coil packs, one on each spark plug. So that begs the question, which did they change, any?, all? Given the other (underboost) fault code, and the multiple random misfires, it's tempting to think the cause may be lean mixture rather than electrical/electronic.
  14. Scan it and perhaps see a glowplug fault that isn't bad enough to yet put the fault light on.
  15. 3 or 4 letters on the front of engine number on V5c certificate.
  16. Hall sensor rather than reed switch, according to ETKA, at least on the OP's car. Potayto/ potarto though.
  17. You did have a different selection of fault codes, but it's a very easy thing to check, and fuelling could easily be imagined to be relevant here.
  18. If the door lock motors' wires were actually present in the front door bellows you would definitely be able to unlock it by applying 12V in the correct polarity to the motors But they aren't, they only go between lock module and door control module as The Client correctly pointed out on page 1.
  19. Claims to be a replacement for the relevant genuine part numbers, but very cheap in comparison! What caused you to replace it?
