Bought New exhaust manifold from Bar-tek With 41mm runners compared to 37mm from jbs autodesign.

Meaning there is 1.6m difference in width od runners!!!!!!

Good things is that both have cut flange to avoid cracks

It ain't mounted jet-will be after making tap for egt probe and ceramic coating and when boost controler arives from Greece

And for rear end high speed stability I am in search for Octavia WRC original rear wing carbon/kevlar one. Found this on the right side of picture.

Damm is she quick now. Completely different car.

I would Like to stiffen steering at high speed because 2.5turn R32 steering rack is very direct, car is hard due to polly bushings, ball joint top hats, and club sport suspenssion. So stiffer steering at higher speed is desirable.

Does any one know if R32 had progressive PS?

Can't find it in ETKA and there is no electrical connection on steering rack.

Any help please???

Not on the MK4, it's just a standard hydraulic pump and rack, no electronic control (except for the switch on the pump for idle step up).

All Here finally

Racechip XLR gas pedal installed today. Completely different car. Like 30hp more. Direct gas response and acceleration. Realy visible  change. Worth every penny.... I reccommend it to everyone..  even I was sceptical at the beggining😀😀😀

And the latest Davies Craig EBP25 brushless water pump (9025 instead of 9005) 27l/min=1620l/h with integral bracket on it and almost half the size of old 9005 model....can't wait to put it on the car. Everything almost here. Only heat exchanger is still missing-waiting for the guys at Rimac automobili to make it
