Thanks bro, it seems this plastic bitch is broken-leaks on the first clamp close to Y junction....looking for some aluminium or even billet one-but sold out

I've got back my manifold from ceramic coating mase by KAVS motorsport Slovenia. Nice black coating, whole outer and inner surface is covered, Cometic gasket and Inconel bolts. Everything ready for bolt on. Just waiting for that Y alu pipe from a forum friend in UK to arive to put it all together. I expect at least 10-15hp. Will measure to see gains if possibble before we install watter cooling. I am also waiting for Okada Project plasma direct push on coils from New Zeland.

Finally replaced that factory plastic rubbish Y hose, that was longitudinally splitted and leaked, with new aluminium one from whole kit I've got by big help of forum member John999boy. Thanks man

Okada Project coils finally installed.

Can't wait to see if they really do what they are suppossed to

We took of old intake from JBS autodesign. Meassured runners -37mm. Ceramic coating was partially worn out. But manifold itself was in great shape. No cracks.

Than we compared it to new mani- it has 38mm, 42mm,43mm,38mm runners. Uneven diameters!!

Ne wrote in mail that it's bettee than other ones.

Not impressed With quality and runners are not smooth but they are wide Open...I expect some gains tough.

We port matched porta to exhaust gasket to avoid blocking steps for the air entering mani. Used Cooper nuts M8 for key 10, also Inconel mani to turbo Bolts, and Cometic gasket from mani to turbo

It's a deal, Will give You 3 longer turbo bolts to. Just give me some time to see if new one is working properly-no leaks or craks.

Replaced pod 034motorsport vortex Catch can for Mishimoto compact baffled one -like I've put on my CRV but single inlet and single outlet.

It has 3/8npt ports so I bought 3/8NPT to 10AN adapter for inlet so it can take existing block and valve cover breather hose -just used little longer ss braided hose. For outlet I bought 90degree angled adapter, barbed part can be unscrewed and I wečded 25mm barbed connector for existing 25mm fluoro lined ASH hose-25mm is needed to avoid crankase pressure raise. Like the setup very much. Removed oil return line to the pan-because it is only recirculate dirt and  so I prefer to empty the can every while. So clean, small and compact setup. Has smallest bronze filter - 50 microns

Only thing left for the moment is replacing front right LCA bushing from purple to black racing Power flex one in few days (left and right ofcourse).

Anyway car is so f.....g fast due to BBT K300 and that custom gearbox so I still didn't managed to make full 1-3 gear acceleration. I shift gears at arround 5-6000rpm and it's crazy fast-far away from shift light at 7150rpm. 

Now Will have to compare it with latest Type R FK8 and Megane RS. Some rolling starts to see where my baby Skodilac stands.

Some more Catch can pics and some new oil I used

This is the 3/8npt barbed adapter, i remowed that part With O ring and welded 25mm barbed adapter and trimđed that wide base to have flush weld

Finally replaced worn out Violet PowerFlex front LCA bushings for Black race series from Powerflex.

You can se on the pics that Violet old one can be easily compressed With fingers and black Ines not. New LCA front and rear bolts and new steering rack Bolts replaced old coroded one on steering rack.

New wheel geometry on Hawk Eye
