Saw three Yetis at the weekend - two silver and one looked like bottle green. I know one sliver one parks up at the main road into Keswick and I often see another silver one coming from the Borrowdale Valley through Braithwaite onto the A66

Grey S at Arnison Centre, Durham at about 18:30.

Friday;- Dark blue '10 reg Yeti on A404 going uphill away from Rickmansworth towards Northwood; I was going downhill. Flash & Wave was reciprocated.

Today (Saturday);- Did a 240 mile rond trip to Worksop (for an Aunt's 50th wedding anniversary do) saw Black Yeti going south on A1 near Newark and a Dark Blue one on the A57 between the Robin Hood Roundabout and Worksop.

Also saw a Police Octavia vRS having stopped a BMW M3 on the A1 - tut tut. :giggle::giggle:

Saw a pacific blue 170 at Santander on Thursday with Carl northwood and family.

over the Brecon Beacons this week - two in one day one of whom (in a brown one) returned my wave with interest!! Yippee.

White Yeti on street in can picafort Mallorca with spanish mallorcan plate.

saw a silver 1.8 se at butterly railway museum yesterday (14/08/11)

Saw a pacific blue 170 at Santander on Thursday with Carl northwood and family.

Yes indeed - this was us! We even got talking about the Briskoda forum! Saw only two French Yetis all holiday and then saw two in half an hour in Chichester on Saturday!

You mean there is another dark blue Yeti in Northwood? Can't have been us as we were being spotted by JCP at Santander ferry port!

I saw a silver/grey/aqua blue ish CR110 TDI SE in Shirley, Croydon today reg HX60 parked up.

Two over the weekend: a silver (newish, with short aerial but only saw the top half over a hedge!) went past the Old Swan at Woughton-on-the-Green near Milton Keynes while we were sitting outside having lunch on Saturday (at about 2 pm) and then a red 60 reg parked at Kilpin Hall, North Yorks, yesterday lunchtime/afternoon with a sticker from a Mansfield dealer in the back.

Either one anyone here?

On a return trip to Hampshire from Cambridgshire this weekend, we only saw two the whole weekend - a pale blue metallic one in Hurstbourne Tarrant, Hants on Saturday afternoon, then a darker blue one heading for junction 12 of the M1 near Harlington at about 5.00 pm last night. They seem to be rare beasts out there, certainly compared to Nissan Qashqais, that seem to be everywhere !

I saw this white one in Stockholm last weekend:

Apart from this one saw one other private white one and one steel grey one with a bike rack on the back. And that was it!

A brown one, a white one and a silver one all spotted just North of Norwich in Norfolk over the weekend.

We were in our red one.

Never seen so many in two days before.

Another (I think) Pacific Blue Yeti in Radipole Lane, Weymouth yesterday afternoon around 5pm. Only one I saw all weekend.

I've managed to extract my first wave back from a Yeti - Blue one like mine had a good wave from my blonde sister expecting it to be me. I then passed him on the way into Waitrose Abingdon at 1.30pm today! Also saw a red 60 plate on the M25 slip from M40 at 6pm tonight. One day I hope to see another Briskoda member!

Busy day yesterday!

Red one followed me in Hemel in the morning and turned into Hemel station.

Came out of Tesco at Jarman park at lunchtime to see a Musco SE driving through the carpark. Thought someone had nicked mine for a moment!

then last night we pulled up outside a friends house in Edgware as another Musco SE pulled into a driveway opposite.

Common as muck, these Yetis :giggle:

Not round where I am.

Our yeti spotting started last Saturday on our way to Dolgellau with the caravan, first one was brown at the M56/M53 junction, blowing his horn and waving!

We then went on to see, a red one, blue one, light brown one, black one and on the way home yesterday a blue one, all of these were in and around Dolgellau, Porthmadog, Machynlleth, Bala and Tywyn/Corris.

Most waved back with blue on the way home the exception.

We were in a white one, that was quite dirty after searching out some very off the beaten track roads and also being allowed to use the campsite fields for some hill descent which I am quite impressed with. We achieved 30 mpg towing 1500 kilos, however with only 2800 miles on the clock Yeti did consume 1 litre of oil going and coming back! Hope this settles down, towed well though, stable and with ample power.

Just back from a couple of weeks in Norfolk. Saw about a dozen Yetis in total, either on the way down, while there, or on the way back. Got waves from about half. Saw this one in a car park in Holt while looking for a space. So I'm not the only one with bikes on the roof!

I go for months without seeing any being driven and......I don't believe it....Driving through Croydon there was a dark blue CR110 tdi on a 59 plate. He didn't see me until I had overtaken him....he then sneaked past me at a roundabout and sped off into the distance. I trundled along at the 30mph speed limit and caught up with him on Mitcham Common, where we both turned towards Pollards Hill. At the next lights there was a silvery 60 reg coming towards me which I greeted and received a friendly wave back. All 3 of us were all within a space of 10 feet at one point.emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

I seem to have three Yeti local to my office that I see from time to time passing by as I look out of office's window (just glancing up, naturally).

Two are White and one is Grey (generally seem around 08:30am with what looks like wife taking husband to the station {400m down the road}).

Two is a crowd and three is a mutiny! :giggle:

Having only seen one other (it lives it the same village) since getting mine at the beginning of March, I've now seen two in two days. One Amazon green one in the carpark at the Game Fair at Blenheim Palace on Friday and I've just passed a very smart dark blue one (Storm Blue possibly) parked in a layby on the A425 south of Leamington Spa.

I was that surprised at seeing another one I just about remembered to give it a toot as i went past. Are they starting to infiltrate I wonder or just passing through?

The green one at the game fair was probably mine. Got it in October 09 and didn't see another for ages, but getting more common now around the Cotswolds.
