I've never really been a fan of the 'faux' aluminium air vent surrounds and door handles, so I changed them.

Air vents done. I'll tackle the door handles when I start on another little project that's been in the offing for some time.....

Same here - mainly because of the annoying reflections they cause in the windscreen.

The SE that replaced my Scout has black air vent surrounds.  Much better IMO.

Thanks Charlie. It'll hopefully be making an appearance at the next mid-month meet

.....the cistern, loo seat and handle have also been plasti-dipped but they look damn good !!!!

Christ,i knew the Roomsters had plenty of space but i didn't know they were offering a fitted bathroom on the options list these days. :peek: :D

Watch this space Brim ;)

Personally, I think the BLUE wheels define what Barrie's car is all about. I know what Barrie is doing with the stealth look, gone partly that way myself. The BLUE wheels say, this is not an ordinary Roomster, there's a lot more to it. Taking some words from a song "Whats that coming over the hill", you, without thinking, say its BT(Jonny5ive). :sun:

Not a huge amount to write about other than I'm booked in for an overdue 100k service at UNIT18 in the not too distant future. I'd forgotten just how quickly the mileage racks up when you're covering at least 300 miles a week.

To work and back next week will see me tick over 106k

Well, I'm not usually a massive fan of Roomster, but I saw one this morning in Miami blue and I thought "Hmm, they do actually have some potential" having seen yours now, it's a real awesome car and it's cemented my thoughts on them and I'm off to look for broken Roomsters.

Are you bringing the car to the meet anyway?

I was hoping for a wacky Roomster parking section. ;)

Sadly no, I'll be with j0hn in his Octavia.

The vRoomster is still a pile of bits and swear words at UNIT18.

I probably won't get it back until next Friday.

As the saying goes, excrement happens. Just awaiting a call back from Rockingham to see whether I can recoup some of my funds.
