...Where'd you get the catch can and 19mm hose from?

Its an Allard Breather kit. Tank, pipework all included. they were about £80 at the time. TBH, I would not buy another 1. they are a pain to empty as you need to removed them from the block, the design of it makes it difficult to remove, and my 1 caused me weeks of trouble a i had a oil leak. i replaced my oil filter housing gasket and all sorts, turned out to be a hairline crack in the tank!!

the Allard EGR pipe was ok tho, a must for a TDI imo.

i got bored, so i thought i would set up some custom lighting on the front of the car... theres more to come (yes LEDS taxi g) i thought id give a little sneek..

LED side lights. this is 1 LED on the lens. i will still run the OEM side light but these will be linked to it.. U.S style.

i will do a write up when i wire them to the car..

Some ABS plastic cut from my old air box, drilled a hole for the LED and ill glue it to the lens. looks ok i think.

Indicators look stealth behind the grills.. Colour coded the bump strip too.

I like that, very cool! So are you putting the LED's in the same position as mine but behind the grills? When the car is that low, I think they look great there.

yeh babs, could not really say no for that.. i little drive to chelmsford Via dropping my wheels at the powder coaters again.. non VRS bumper so need to cut out a hole for exhaust. the geeza i got it from sold his L&K projectors for £65!!! gutted i missed them!

with all these vrs front bumpers u cut about, dont spose u have an old 1 lying around do ya dude? damaged is fine, as im gonna have to mod whichever bumper i buy to make it fit my pre-facelift motor. help a brother find a vrs bumper please! lol

Haha no mate they staying green, I was not 100% happy with one of them as it looked a tiny bit thinner on one part of the wheel. Maybe just me being anal but my coater said bring them all up and he will re do them. Green is there to stay lol

gee you see the vaccum pipe that heads too the brake servo what size pipe did you get and have you put the one way valves back in it ? as ive found this is the reason why my car keeps going into limp mode !

Yes i still have the 2 1 way valves in the set up. You need 10mm ID pipe. make sure its re-enforced pipe tho or it will just go flat under vacuum.
