It will work. I had the same small screen in my Superb III. Bought the big screen, had to chip off a small plastic piece of the plug and after that, was plug and play.

There is no radio unit in glovebox. As I understand Swing is so basic that unit is behind of screen. 

 

The question is what my options to upgrade to full glass look? I am quite happy with a functionality of swing but looking more fashion look.

Hi, sorry if this has been asked but want to make sure I get the right unit. 
 

looking to upgrade my screen to the newer version. I have a reversing camera and upgraded canton sound system if that makes any difference.
