Regarding restuarant times, even in nurburg they stop serving food around 9-9.30pm and enter a bar type environment and they are then open to the small hours. The germans tend to get the eating over and done with early, unlike the spanish who havent really even started at 10.30pm.

Most people know I'll sleep with anyone, so not fussy.

Less than 4 weeks to go, and I still havent sorted out a hire car. Everything else is paid for though.

The only bed I'm willing to share with him is one of the beds of gravel around the Ring. and to be honest I'm hoping neither of us end up in one of them.

do you pay for the laps when you get there or can you buy them up front over the tinternet ? 24 days 9.5 hours to the ferry

You pay in advance according to Ben Lovejoy's site. Getting 15 lap ticket works out at 195 euro's and £8.86 a lap roughly. This sounds like what I'll do as I can't see me doing 20 or more - that would be 260 miles. :eek:
