I tried B (taken off from a Kamiq with AliExpress harness) but mechanic wasn’t able to configure them! Now i asked him to fit a set of brand new H and once the job will see if they work or not! Otherwise I’ll put back the B

@Vincent_83 : did You make a retrofit too? If YES, where did You connect harness on the BCM? Does trailer assist turn on as well?

Yes, I have made by myself the retrofit. On my Kamiq, only 2 wires go to the BCM (for Canbus). CAN-L is connected to T73b pin 41 and CAN-H is connected to T73b pin 40. I don't know if it's same for the Karoq 2022.

Edit: Not at all the same wiring.

I can't answer you about the trailer assist because I don't have the trailer hitch

When my mechanic connected harness, I saw the hitch icon even if I don’t have it too, but at the same time, I got many errors the my virtual cockpit seemed a Xmas Tree… 😂

That’s why I replaced with the H as there’s no dataset installed it (on the B I have to overwrite it with the Karoq one but dunno how doing it)!

Schema should be the same, even if a person I know fitted BS and direct TPMS on the same connector of TUIL (but she didn’t clarify me what the TUIL is)!

However, does the BS work on Your car @Vincent_83 ?

Not for now. I have to replace the versions H radars by versions B (ordered but not receive)

For the Xmass Tree, I had this during my first attemp and it's just because the CAN wire was inverted (on my car, the databus for BSM is the Extended canbus)

You can find the wiring for your Karoq easilly and check with the AliExpress wiring

But you mounted the master on the right side, facing the direction of travel, and used terminal 15 for power supply by Index B. Checked the wiring harness to be sure. Was the CAN bus connected correctly?

When I have mounted the support, on my Kamiq, except a big L and R on the support, nothing prevents you from reversing the two.

After, it's impossible to mount the 685 on right support and 686 on left support.

It will not work, you're wasting your time. Install B, parameterise and code to suit your vehicle. We can do this remotely if needed
