BOLERO MULTIMEDIA
These two posts suggest it won't work I'm afraid: - https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/317613-rear-view-camera/?do=findComment&comment=4612975 - https://octavia.team/temat/161-kamera-cofania/?do=findComment&comment=28953

BOLERO MULTIMEDIA
I mentioned him in the thread so he should get a notification and hopefully reply

BOLERO MULTIMEDIA
If I remember correctly, some units don't have the video hardware to take any input signal to display on screen. Some Google hits seem to suggest your head unit supports it but I can't find anything to be 100% sure 🤷♂️ Pab knows plenty about MIB units so can hopefully confirm either way...

Help with part number for Octy 2 (FL) Radio Trim for Columbus upgrade
At a guess, it might be 1Z0 858 069 AC BE9 that you need... You should double check it matches before buying though

@pab567 - do you have any idea if 5E0035819A support a reversing camera?

Kodiaq rear view camera coding
Can you add some detail? An autoscan from VCDS and what camera (highline/lowline) you installed would be a good starting point

Skoda Octavia VRS Challenge suspension
Then as far as I know, it'll have the same suspension as a standard vRS If it's on 19" alloys, they can compromise the ride quality. Tyre choice can also effect it too.

How do i find my engine code?
I don't think 7zap covers newer models yet. Random example autoscan of an Octavia with a DGTE so it's certainly plausible: https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/19983/

Skoda Octavia VRS Challenge suspension
Is this a British car? Not sure about NI but for the rest of the UK, I would expect a Challenge spec car to have DCC... Given your car doesn't have a 'comfort' setting it's unlikely to have DCC. Without DCC, I'd expect all VRS to have the same suspension with obvious differences for TSI/TDI, hatchback/estate etc.

Front assist grille trim
Maybe find a decent independent with the right kit for calibration. Just for example: https://www.vw-retrofit.co.uk/product/front-radar-calibration-service/ It's not 'super' cheap but much better than a dealer. The kit to do the calibration isn't cheap and it can take a while to set up so it's not surprising it's expensive. Hopefully in time it'll get cheaper

Skoda Octavia VRS Challenge suspension
Pretty sure the Challenge gets DCC as standard, have you tried changing the driving mode to comfort or normal? Oh - and maybe check the tyre pressures too

MIB2 02XX to 0478
Ross-tech added S12345 as a special login to allow engineering mode on certain 5F units It's mentioned in the thread I linked
-
MIB2 02XX to 0478
Even if you use S12345 for the login/security code? Slightly different headunit: https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/13478/

How do i find my engine code?
Then try one of the other methods? 👍

How do i find my engine code?
It's normally on a sticker in the boot area. You can also get it from the build-data sheet from Skoda. Otherwise, a scan with VCDS or similar should show it.

VRS 245 VAQ Increased Traction mode
Looks to be covered here from about 1:50 onwards:

VRS Purchase
My 245 vRS gets probably ~400 miles to a tank. Long term average is 37.6 MPG but that'll just depend how you drive it

Skoda Multimedia Update
You might want to add that info to the thread linked below and see if Pab has anything for you. At a guess, there is a 0480 update

Suggestions on Offset for 'heavier' steering feel /scrub radius etc etc
VCDS can't change the steering curve on a MQB platform car. The steering curve(s) are now in a parameter file that needs flashing onto the steering rack. You'd need a tool such as ODIS-e or VCP to upload a new one

MIB2 02XX to 0478
You might want to try some google translate on this webpage: https://www.drive2.com/l/573969809784439237/ Not something I've tried as my headunit is already 04xx so it's completely at your own risk

Steering wheel buttons
Yeah that's just part of the buttons then, you'll need a new set to fix it 👍 There are a few versions that look very similar so if check your existing set for their part number before buying.

Help with part number for Octy 2 (FL) Radio Trim for Columbus upgrade
It might help if you post the part number of the bit you removed- it'll be stamped on the rear and include a colour code

Stop/start doesn't work following by a error code 1.4tsi hatchback 2017
Snake oil doesn't fix problem?! Madness Maybe it didn't work because it doesn't do anything or perhaps the fuel system was already clean enough that there was no marked improvement...? Anyway, I think it's pretty unlikely that your issues is caused by dirt or deposits on injector 3 and that redex will remove that specific contaminant by using above the recommended dose. I assume you've seen the number of possible reasons for these fault codes: - http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/16684/P0300/000768 - https://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/16687/P0303/000771 I don't understand why you want to keep guessing at the fault and spending money on random fixes hoping that'll sort it. You need to get the problem diagnosed properly and then you can fix it...

Steering wheel buttons
Assuming you mean this bit: Then yes, just for example: https://www.cars-equipment.com/en/shop/multifunction-switches-buttons-2/oem-5e0419685a-trim-for-steering-wheel/ The correct part number should be stamped on the rear of your existing part, check the colour etc before ordering
