I have the sedan shape and in the 4 yrs, I've never had water stay like that on the boot sills!! Strange. With regards to the boot torch - I wish I had the LED version. It's so yellow compared to my SuperSkoda mega power boot lights. I can't justify spending AUD 100 plus for one with white LEDs (3T0947417C9B9).

U need to purchase a "flat rate", then u'll b able to access a variety of info based on ur VIN. I bought a 1 hr flat rate (costs 7 euro), got all the repair/workshop manuals I needed, and the vehicle specific information. codings for pre-facelift will NOT work on facelift. sorry. the modules/adaptations have changed across the board with the facelift model.

Erwin Skoda will tell u exactly wat the car was built with from factory, based on the VIN. its an 8-pg build report with all the PR codes.

Best way to check on pre-facelift is by checking the part number on the sticker on the headlight. If it ends in B, the U have SLA. If u have SLA, by default, the stripes/whiskers/eye-lashes light up when the low beams r turned on. I enabled mine to turn on with the DRLs. Like this..... Headlight Sticker. Part no. starts with 3V..... Normal with low beams on.....

If u have SLA, in addition to the whiskers/eye-lashes, ur headlight start-up dance should look like this. This is different to the normal/standard bi-xenons. Whiskers in DRL mode below. They dim with the DRL strip when the side lights or low beams r switched on.

No they don't come as standard, in any model, even L&K. they're an optional extra. i retrofitted SLA to mine. here in Oz, we don't even get the option to build/spec one with SLA. so i went the long way - sourced the bits and pieces, and did myself. u can read about it here.

That is in relation to how quickly or slowly U want the Auto headlights to turn on/off (the low beams) based on lighting conditions.

I've never been flashed with my high beams on my SLA headlights. They react and mask very well. As @Redboymentioned, make sure U haven't gone past the auto high beam function, to manual high beam. When u turn on ur high beam, do U get a letter A inside a circle logo? Do u have SLA headlights?

Lol, it's not a number I've plucked. The way it (direct or indirect TPMS) works is not specific to my car, nor specific to the Superb models. Nor is it specific to Skoda models, it's across all VW and Seat models too. Indirect TPMS (Tyre Pressure Loss Indicator) uses the ABS sensors to compare the rotational speed of each tyre, and uses an algorithm to figure out differences in relation to tyre pressures. Direct TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) has a sensor in each tyre, giving an actual reading.

The TPMS only complains if the difference is 4 psi or more. Anything less than that it wouldn't care. I don't know about it affecting Park Assist, as I don't use Park Assist often, but it definitely affects ACC by disabling it if the TPMS warning is active.

Quite likely yes those sills r trolley jack safe. I use the puck to my advantage to add height so the trolley jack lifting arm doesn't foul against the Rieger side skirts I have.

That shows less than 10% of PR codes used to build ur car. It's shows some key bits, but that's it. The Skoda Erwin report I got is 8 pages long of every PR code, based on my VIN number.

Doesn't matter who little u feather the brakes, the start-stop cuts the engine before ur stopped. It's very annoying.

Simple answer no. Long answer - u've already figured it out, that is to deactivate start-stop.

there is no difference between a Sportline front bumper and a non-Sportline front bumper. the difference is in the bumper trims (chrome vs black). it is certainly the case for the pre-Facelift. pretty sure its the same for the Facelift too.

MIB2.5 units do not have the components/hardware for wireless carplay or android auto, nor can it be enabled/coded. only MIB3 units r able to do it. Wireless LAN (WLAN) is a different thing altogether.

yes, only the Columbus units feature a HDD. my point being that a HDD existed in the glovebox units along side the cd player, sd-card and sim slots. now it appears that with the facelift models, all that is gone! which is a shame.

My axle stand has a V-shaped head, but its only as wide as the chassis points. So no issues. I use this puck on my trolley jack. Works well, and it's not tall to compromise the trolley jack's clearance height.

The hard drive is also there on the previous MIB1(non-SSD), MIB2 and MIB2.5 units.
