Need them to avoid routing that passenger side braided SS line over the pasenger headlight and than back on.

I finally picked up those Setrab banjo Ffittings for Oil Cooler-yesterday. So I Will Be Able to Run those ss Braided Lines Directly Backward toward Mocal Thermostat.

Rear right Glass Was Remowed due To The Few Scratches on Global Green 20 film made During Installation And are As We Speek right Now being replaced By www.onako.hr Best in Croatia using world Best film Global.

I Also took there My Headlights and will Put Clear protective film On it-to avoid polishing Them in Future.

Badges (3 Of Them) Are Being Also Covered with 3M Scotchprint 1080 gloss black film. Cant Wait To Put Them together And see Them In place Hehe

But I took also headlights for film protection, and when I delivered them:

we sow that at the lateral ends arround side repeaters that black paint at the edge has some bubles from inside, on one side 5x5tmm, and on the other 5cm x5mm.

That made me crazy.

I was pretty sure they weren't present after bixenon projectors installation, because I did exchange repeator bulbs for chrome one and took pictures, it must happen during heating for protection film adhesion.

One guy did projector installation and other protection film, and both are blaming other one.

So instead of bringing them home I took them again to the shop for projectors to be dismantled and repaired-painted or whatsoever again.

Than they started like it is made in Taiwan, either way they will in a period of a year look bad, glass will have small breaks in it, etc. I said using that logic we should not paint our cars perfectly because they will also in a year or less have small stone chiops etc.

I said make it perfect now and later on we will see.

Than he started like they must have painted it with clear laque from inside that bl?ack paint etc.

I said paint it in black again or we can put some window tint film 5% from inside if he wants.

Everything, I mean everything has to be done at least twice or double checked because of stupid people who are not used to details. If I would operate like that people will be diying like hell!! Idiots.

Hope to have better news now when banjo fitings arrived.

But I ams till waiting for post delivery and it is already 14 days for polished throttle body from S4 to came back.

Today we did some final adjustments for complete Setrab 913 oil cooler installation, and againd came up with some new good ideas and solutions-getting smarter hehehe

First we did this type of cooler holder:

but it wasn't sitting good because grille and hood couldn't be closed, so we revised that bracked and made new one, but both of them needed that hook from lock mechanicm to be elongated (additional part welded on) and maximally streched verticaly and under 90degree angle pointed toward grille with only few mm of free space under the cooler:

Due to their height passenger side has to be routed over the headlight and we made there some additionalk space:

and fixed it with adel clamps

drivers side has been routed through existing hole:

and also fixed with adel clamps and rubber protection arround passage way:

due to the heioght on the passenger side we had to cut bracket that holds front grile and reinforce it with some additional parts welding on it:

but finally I didn't like that asyimetry and to long hose:

I wonted more direct route to the thermosta so I bought these Setrab Banjo fittings 45usd each!!!

we calculated and decided to avoid as much as possibble hose bending and surround contacts so we went with this style of connection:

which routes it directly back
