  • Popped to the garage at lunchtime to swap coolant temp sensor. I don't think it's the problem but it can't hurt. Going to swap O2 sensor later for the spare I have. Went well, all sorted in 5 mins. T

Seeing that picture has just lit a spark in my mind... I reckon an octy estate would make a really good pickup if you chopped it.

Not really the Octy, but I replaced the battery in my TomTom XL tonight, and it's used in the Octy. It hasn't been holding much of a charge for a long while now. Doing the battery replacement was easy enough, bought the battery earlier in the week and there are a few short videos on Youtube that show you how to do it.

Illuminated my dash vents as i had some spare led's

Further to the above, rain eased off so went out and fitted the new lights. Now need to figure out how to sort the big hole in the light covers...

Yesterday, fitted a full single bed frame, mattress and metal head/end boards in the back of the Octy.

1.9 x 0.95m and slid straight in on an angle with the seats folded flat. Never fails to amaze me what you can fit in!
