  • Popped to the garage at lunchtime to swap coolant temp sensor. I don't think it's the problem but it can't hurt. Going to swap O2 sensor later for the spare I have. Went well, all sorted in 5 mins. T

Nice R36.

It passed its taxi test & I'm currently half way through my shift in it...... Why did i ever buy a berlingo to replace a previous octy! Muppet

Did a full service, valeted it, changed brake pads and discs all round and shampood the seats. It's now sitting in the garage overnight to dry

And it clocked 135,000

Get some wheel trims on it as well now Chris

Took a wrong turn on the 2 mile journey home and ended up driving said Skoda to North Berwick. Whooops.

Changed switches on drivers door.

I checked tyre treads, all four are getting low, I also noticed only 6000 miles until the 75,000 mile service which will be cam belt and everything else, so won't be cheap, I am also starting to think about what to get after the Yeti, won't be an easy choice but I don't think you can have the same car twice.

Dropped it off for a service

and picked it back up again! :D

Fitted arm rest and re covered the lid in fake suede material

Not today, but yesterday, spent a few hours giving the Octy a clean, got rid of a lot the winter grime etc and fell in love with it again!!! I always fall out of love with my cars when they are dirty, so a few hours and I am in love again!!!

Looks better now doesnt it, and no its not a Blackline!!!

Haha, had no SatNav on the go, and was partly curious to see, I had nowhere to be :p.

Got the JPS officially dyno'd today...........I'm happy :)

200/330 - nicely done :sun:

What made you get it dyno'd yesterday? Were you just passing Ben's?

Cheers, Steve

It's not been able to dyno before due to a DSG issue, but it was fine yesterday :)

Excellent. Any plans for some Shark DSG mapping? :)

Wrapped my centre dash pieces in faux suede

Spoke to Ben about that yesterday

TBH I'm very happy with the way the DSG works in mine, so didn't see the need

Booked in for 20000 mile service, surprised that there's not actually much to do. No plugs and I have my own k+n filter in so the 250 quid does seen steep!
