Got order confirmation today, but no build date yet. Is there a web site to track orders once they are placed with Skoda? If so what is it?

I think that your on it tbh start of this thread page 1 is tip top for a good overview but doesn't give any definitive answers to how the mind of the Skoda people work.

I wondered is there is a Skoda Web site where you can input an order number to check the build date/status or do ai need to keep pestering the dealer for updates?

If you have the 5 or 6 digit order number you can ring SUK, I found them quite helpful when mine was on order.

Dealers though have access to the same computer system, its whether your salesman/dealer can be bothered to look it up.

Sometimes its better if you can find the sales admin person who will probably be repeating your build week in his sleep

No, built from scratch (as far as I know - certainly no mention of cancelled orders). Original build week was 11, then it was released from factory at about week 7. I think the combination of an estate and a manual gearbox helped, the DSG/hatches seem to be longer.

No - mine is beimg built to order. As I posted elsewhere I think that orders placed in Nov/Dec are being prioritised. Those of you waiting since Sep/Oct are being mede to wait a little longer rather than p155 off more new customers as in the long run it will be less people to compensate.

On my last post - no ships due from Emden to Sheerness in the next few days from what I see. So still waiting and just sold my 300C. :(

Scrap my last comment Viking Constanza due in Sheerness from Emden early hours of tomorrow. A K-line ship, but don't know if mine on board.
