  • Big morning thanks to jamie (technician at hortons) engine was out and mounted in place, surprising at how well it fits, it went in the pickup easier than it came out the octavia

Been a while since we updated, Christmas holidays have meant not alot of action, however, we have the engine back out, mounting plates for engine finished and both front subframe mounts finished, just in the process of prepping the engine bay for paintpost-110371-0-13493100-1420298184_thumb.jpg

Just to keep you all updated, we have been making another of progress, we have finally installed the octavia dash support beam and steering colum, for some reason I can no longer upload pictures, if someone has any ideas on how to sort this I have lots of update pictures

We only have the rear axle to mount, few other niggly bits like make brackets for PAS pipes, tidy wiring in the engine bay then prep for paint!

well old dazzler went off to play with big trucks not little old caddy pickups and the result is I wish we hadda kept the truck as stock .  FWOT
