  2. Please do report back if it is the correct fitting, always nice to have another option than paying 3 times the price to a dealer for a blade.
  3. The ECO score is utter nonsense, my previous 2.0 tsi Kodiaq would give me 100% despite only achieving 24mpg.
  4. I like it with just the Karoq lettering removed, looks a bit too empty with the Skoda removed as well.
  5. Also would assume that 24.2 as in 2nd month February 24 is the latest version.
  6. The sat nav software can only be updated with new roads if the local council/ ordinance survey etc make the information available to the sat nav mapping companies.
  7. Think they are around £40 from dealer but the £7 VW version on eBay certainly worked on my previous Kodiaq.
  8. If you take your foot off accelerator going downhill the dsg gearbox goes into coasting mode ( D shown on display with no gear number) and unlikely that 2 cyl mode will occur at same time. 2 cyl mode occurs on light throttle/ light load on reasonable flat terrain and going down slight slopes if foot still on accelerator. You can also hear a slight change in engine noise when 2 cyl mode kicks in.
  9. Your fuel flap will have a sticker that most probably says 95 Ron minimum. Using fuel of a higher Ron will most likely give benefits to performance and consumption.
  10. An eco icon similar to attached shows when in 2 cylinder mode.
  11. The bitter taste patch on Duracell to stop babies/ toddlers swallowing them should not be removed and work fine in both of my Kodiaq fobs.
  12. Over time xenon lamps degrade and start to give off a yellowish or pinkish hue. Pot holes and vibrations can take their toll on life span as can using the coming/ leaving home function.
  13. Pressing the RH steering wheel roller ends calls on my Kodiaq.
  14. Vehicle menus setting- background lighting
  15. Door mirrors, apart from the upgrade to black sport mirrors , are usually supplied in primer. If you’re looking for a direct easy fix then looking on eBay or Google car breakers.
  16. As per my reply above you can have the speed sign displayed on the map screen. It is done purely by sat nav position and not by the optional traffic sign camera and works well.
  17. As my post above, change the dash centre display to something else other than trip mileage/ reset as you have now and you won’t get the press to reset message.
  18. Change the middle display to something else if it bothers you. No need for trip miles to be there as the trip miles shows where the seatbelt warning symbols are once the car is moving anyway.
  19. To show the speed limit on the sat nav it is just a mater of pressing the three dots bottom right and settings and ticking box for show traffic signs. If you have LED matrix headlights then it is just a mater of pushing the high beam stalk forward and a white a appears on the dash. Then when you drive on an unlit road the lights go to full beam ( white a turns blue) and will adjust the beam for cars in front or coming towards you no intervention by you required, just let them do their thing.
  20. Assuming all 4 tyre pressures are correct and you are pressing the reset button till it bleeps, then as above probably an abs sensor is faulty. Best having car scanned to confirm fault.
  21. Looks like you have inadvertently turned the RH scroll button and selected trip mileage which then gives you the option to reset by pressing and holding , the RH scroll button in my case ( Kodiaq).
  22. They stick out in freezing conditions if the washer fluid is not the correct concentration for winter. Should go back in when defrosted.
  23. New blade from EBay delivered today and have fitted will update on performance etc. New blade on left original on right.. And on looking at receipt, blade supplied by Heyner UK
  24. RHD Kodiaq’s here in the UK have a 25” blade on the drivers side and 21” blade on the passenger side from the factory. Bosch recommends AP24U and AP21U and that’s what I’ve fitted to my previous and current Kodiaq.
  25. Still no sign of a Bosch replacement blade for facelift models, and the replacement from dealer is both expensive and rubbish so having spied this one on eBay I have ordered one to see what it’s like. Put it this way it will be hard to be worse than the Skoda effort.
