Welcome to the forum. Check that the lamps are the correct, matching wattage and double-check that all contacts for the lamp still indicating a fault are absolutely clean. To clarify, lamp monitoring systems normally use fairly tight current parameters - even a slightly increased resistance in the circuit may cause the monitoring system to flag a lamp failure - even though the affected lamp appears to be operating correctly.

Odd that there weren't codes for the failing ABS sensor, thanks for the fix notice.

Welcome to the forum. A rather confused post - but if your battery standing voltage has fallen to around 3 VDC, it is probable that it will be beyond recovery.

^^^ because the locating pins on the side of the lamp base are offset - it should not be possible to fit in incorrect orientation without forcing (and damaging) the lampholder.

Not sure for 2013 Mk3 TDI, but the shift on a 2015 MY16 TSI is visible from above - between engine and battery.

I would suggest that your problem is not with the key fob, but with the alarm system itself - if the fob is disengaging the immobiliser to allow the engine to start, this suggests to me that the fob is working correctly. Disconnecting the vehicle battery should not stop the alarm, as it has a self-contained, internal battery.

While attempting to select reverse, does the stick move fully through the gate when pressed down - or does it just stop at the gate?

If your profile is correct, you have probably posted this in the wrong section. Have you tried moving the vehicle slightly in first gear before trying to select reverse?

Clean diesel fuel on its own should be sufficient to keep the pump lubricated.

AFAIK, you're probably as well off using good quality fuel and ensuring as far as possible that DPF regens aren't interrupted.

So the only way the vehicle can move on the motor by simply touching the brake pedal is by NOT setting the EPB - AND leaving the gear selector in D or R, then touching the throttle pedal - is that correct?

Thanks for that - but are you saying that there are still three separate actions required for vehicle to move - touch brake pedal (releases auto-hold); move gear selector; then touch throttle pedal?

The only EV I've driven recently was an Outlander PHEV - to get that to move required the EPB to be released, the shift to be moved out of park and the throttle to be pressed - unless the Enyaq controls are completely different, it's difficult to see how all three conditions can be operated accidentally.

Ok for short-term emergencies - but better to keep the correct concentration to maintain corrosion protection.

G13 should be ok for a top-up, and it may well be what's already in the engine - I believe the latest spec for coolant is G12evo.

On most of the automatic umbrellas I've seen, the shaft extends first - which appears to have happened in this case.

Op has not said whether vehicle has direct or indirect TPMS - more likely to be indirect, as direct type is usually a cost option. If indirect type, there aren't any sensor batteries as the TPMS data comes from the ABS wheel sensors.
