Rear washer pump fuse
Washer pump for front and rear screen is the same motor fed by opposite polarity current down the same pair of wires from the BCM. So the fault seems very likely to be on the input side.

Walnut Blasting: is it worth it?
If it were mine, a VCDS scan would be the first thing I'd do. There may be fault codes in the engine ECU that would give clues. A CHPA-code engine, from the VIN, I see. Wonder if the cam adjusters are causing trouble?

Engine temperature sensor refitting on Fabia Mk1 1.4 MPI Classic
You probably need a new o-ring.

Walnut Blasting: is it worth it?
I can't see it being wise to spend a load more cash on a walnut shell blast on a hunch from a garage who appear to apply a 'just change everything we can think of' approach to diagnostics. Does the coolant temperature gauge sit at 90 after a few minutes running?

Walnut Blasting: is it worth it?
I don't know much at all about 1.4 tsi engines, but I'd be pretty surprised if carbon build-up in the intake was causing that. Do you have any fault scans?

Walnut Blasting: is it worth it?
Which measurement of the emissions test was it borderline on? There may well be other factors unrelated to carbon build-up that could be responsible. I'm curious to know why this tester is sure that carbon accumulation is the problem.

I can probably help if you get no response. I messaged you a day or two back. Have VCDS.

2019 2.0 TDI timing belt interval
No VW group cars in UK are given a 5 year cambelt change recommendation any more, as far as I know. Approx July 2023 this (UK only) stipulation was withdrawn. Don't think it matters when built. Mileage only, varying with engine type, quite high mileages now, I believe. Do a bit of a searcharoo, there's an abundance of discussions about it.

2019 2.0 TDI timing belt interval
Probably not. 5 year interval is no longer used.

Rear Drum clean
I have no idea how they can judge that the drums need cleaning, without removing them to look inside. They will not have done this, unless you specifically asked them to, I would think. If they had looked, it's only 5 minutes more work to clean them out while they're in there! So I would recommend ignoring this dubious suggestion and letting the MOT decide if it's really required.

Rear Drum clean
Has it had the MOT yet?

1.6 tdi cam belt and dual mass flywheel query
VW group in UK previously recommended every 5 years, but that was dropped in mid 2023. Not sure if there is any time interval at all now, but mileage recommendation varies with engine code, big distances though.

1.6 tdi cam belt and dual mass flywheel query
No, not according to current recommendations.

1.6 tdi cam belt and dual mass flywheel query
If cambelt and tensioner was only done 40k and 5 years ago I reckon there's very little chance that is involved in this rumble or likely to cause any other problems for a good while.
