  2. No it isn't toot. It shows - for the petrol engine, no specified interval. That's why I triple ringed it to make it clear! Please be more careful, it sems to be you that's misreading.
  3. Oil light flashing is your first, most important issue here, doubt it relates to the ABS fault. Is there a beeping noise too? This is a red light, right? Not the coolant level one? An oil can picture? Have you found the oil pressure switch? Is the wire intact? Is the connector clean and dry on the inside? Photo of the strip fuses please. And have you checked the blade fuses to the side of them, under a cover? Never known there to be a real ABS pump problem; fuse or wire/connection damage well worth ruling out extremely thoroughly first.
  4. Not as conclusive as I'd hoped. Not sure what else to suggest than a continuity test from ECU connector pin 46 to relay socket pin 2.

  6. Good work. Next step is to test the wire between engine ECU and relay holder for continuity (does it read 12V at relay socket pin 2, or something else, with relay not in place, and ignition on?)

The third (rear) image here Heater Motor Škoda 5Q1819021J (skoda-parts.com) suggests that a genuine fan will come without the speed control module, which appears to be separable, and fit in the approximately rectangular hole The speed control module is part number 5Q0907521D for your car (superseded by suffix E now). I would imagine you will want to swap it across from the old fan, assuming that the speed control aspect is working OK?
  8. Yes, or a secondhand one with exactly the same number as this one, or the part number ending J, or an aftermarket equivalent that is compatible with those part numbers.
  9. The OP sent me his VIN, which confirmed the non-existence of a fuel pump control module on his car. Form what he's already tested with respect to the relay (J17 below) I think the next things that need verifying are the feed and control line to the relay coil, as depicted below. Engine bay fuse 15 will be a good one to check, as it supplies the power to the coil (likely only when ignition is on or engine running), and the connection ringed which shows the control connection from engine ECU (Continuity test of that would be ideal). The various wires ending in rectangles are all fairly irrelevant to the investigation I think, though the one with 79 in it goes to the glow plug control unit, which will also be non-operational if the fuse is busted. G6 is the fuel pump motor.
  10. Partly, but I'd also say it comes from experience/knowledge that cheap electric things with digital displays aren't always superior to simpler tech.
  11. I thought so, the whole hose is £23.42 + VAT from a dealership; current part number 036 103 493 EC Pricey for what it is, certainly when compared to the price of an o-ring.
  12. It could also be one of these, which are described as the 'rear' set of coolant hoses, but I think your photo is the front of the engine; though I guess that may be coming round from the back.
  13. The relevant diagram is supposedly this one, which should be able to be made bigger by clicking on it. Struggling to pick which of the vast array of hoses is the one in your photo to be honest. If you can tell me which item number you think it is, I'll gladly supply you with part number. Sometimes these diagrams are over-generalised and don't correspond 1:1 with the reality seen under the bonnet...

  15. erWin Skoda will have the info in maintenance manuals for any given Skoda but these will be engine-specific, so not easy to generalise. You can download info from there for a small fee.
  16. I guess the original o-ring may have lost it's springiness, and failed to seal well onto the new breather module. Do you want/need/have the part number of the hose? I would imagine a fresh o-ring of appropriate size will do the trick though?

  19. According to the grey equivalent parts section near the top of this page, the suffix Q should be compatible with all previous revisions, maybe they sent the wrong thing? Does it look like the image here? Connecton pipe Škoda 06L115678Q (skoda-parts.com) According to parts catalogue, your car should have been built with the suffix C version, but it also says: "Dropped: 1 Nov 2016 (EKZ: M) Please contact your dealer for the parts interpretation." So you might have to do just that. (unless you can find a suffix C or D or Q part that looks right for sale anywhere in UK)

  22. @Steroidas does your engine coolant ever get hot enough to trigger fan activity when clima is off? If so, do both fans spin up together in those conditions?
  23. Broken wires on the way to N280 is certainly one possible failure that might explain your troubles.
  24. You won't find a clutch on your compressor either. Proportional solenoid valve N280 varies the displacement of the pump, axle is always spinning.
