What mesh are you running for the big mouth? Any close ups of the mesh itself?

Also are you running the crash bar still as I can't make out from the pic.

just need some top mounts and drop links now and ill get them fitted. :)

Hmm nice gee... I think I need some top mounts... getting a wee knocking noise from the left. Your car looks lovely as normal!

  • Author

im unsure what drop links to buy.    dont want to go mega low but want to obviously lower it.  Wondering if the mk1 mondy ones would be too short but the OE ones would be too long..

Im going to go for the Lemforder top mounts Skoda_saint

You don't need shorter ones for AP's Gee.

^^^thats the sorta answer i like. :)       sweet... thanks mate

By far the best read I've had in ages. Your attention to detail is spot on really like your clocks in the car. Will be keeping an eye on this little beast. Nice work gee

I'm all the way down on the rear and about 12 turns left on the front on APs and I've had to use Mondeo droplinks, replaced them just a couple of weeks ago too because the old ones were buggered!

  • Author

how low are you Danham?    worse case ill go SCs tomorrow as its down the round,  and send the euros ones back that i got through my work account.     either way..  my APs will go on tomorrow! (as well as some other little bittings. :)

I good luck dude! We ran Bowens Fabia on AP wound low on TT comps using standard drop links either way you'll sort it :)

I like the fact you still have your Brands Hatch track sticker in. :D

It also LOOKS loooooovely! Nice ride height. Really want to get some AP's for mine to see what all the rave is about. I have been running cheap coilovers (Raceland) and I think they're a comfortable ride, even though they're a bit old and worn now.

Really nice car you have mate.

thanks mate.   i had APs on my other Se fab and they felt the tits so had to get some for this 1.     they really are worth the money, great handling, with comfort.     i used to think my joms i had on my old A3 were comfy until i got decent ones.

APs, Diff, and Remap are by far the top 3 mods for a car imo. :)
