Does anyone know which RVC i should buy. I would like dynamic lines and the model with sprayer to clean the camera lens. Thanks.

There is no OEM RVC high (i.e. with dynamic lines) with sprayer that is compatible with your car as all such cameras are built into 110mm wide trunkc handles and yours is only 90mm. So either you have to cut your trunk lid to enlarge the trunk handle hole or use aftermarket RVC.

Also pls not not all PDC / PLA controllers installed in Superb Mk2 are compatible with RVC.

Write to pab567 and quote for a price for a MIB STD2 unit that are reworked and ready for your vehicle.

I am willing to cut the trunk handle to 110mm 🙂

How? 🙂

Well, you need to get write access to the internal filesystem of unit. Once you get it, you can alter desired graphics. Search for "mib std pq emmc" on Google.

It's not that easy, but doable.

Yes.

Thanks for your reply I have noticed under my driver's seat is a Bluetooth module which I thought the Amundsen+ had built in Bluetooth ? Also would it just be a case of pull the old unit out and the discovery would plug straight in or would I need any other wiring ?. Thanks again

Some more pictures of the latest development. As you know SKODA has never launched MIB STD2 PQ with software 04xx so I decided to do it by myself:

- unit SEAT MIB STD2 PQ model number 7N5035680E

- reflashed with VW software MST2_EU_VW_PQ_P0478T

- Components Protection disabled

- all the features activated

- flashed with HMI (Human Machine Interface) from SKODA software MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0478T from MQB platform

- button backlight LEDs changed to green

I own a 2010 Superb 2 combi witch came with the the columbus unit and the 10 speakers sound system.

Now, i'm trying to upgrade my installation to have carplay.

Following this topic, il already bought a Bolero (5L0035200 B ) and an USB port (5Q0035726 E).

Now the harness is missing.

Is a harness with this type of connectors will work with my unit ?

Yes, it will work, you simply change adaptation channel with working "Connection 2" to activated. Of course it requires original USB hub to be installed :)

Only this ?  Thank you :).  Yes I have already bought USB hub original Skoda . But now idea wich data cable i should use there
