Getting some rolls of loft insulation that are about 430mm in diameter and then looking up at the kitchen loft hatch which appears to be 500x330 and thinking hmm, that's going to be interesting. Top corner of a kitchen cupboard spoiling a straight line approach too...

Gonna have to unroll the buggers and pull them through loose I think. D'oh!

That'll be messy...   unroll cut in half re roll and then take them up?

I bet they're rolled super-tightly right now, probably by a machine, so I'd try that and just end up with twice as many rolls the same diameter!
