Hi guys,
I’m giving some news about my Octavia's exhaust sound.
I replaced the central resonator, and put in place a FOX resonator delete. Result:
I spent only 117€ and I am very satisfied with the result!
I read a few posts, concerning the resonator delete causing annoying "drones" around 2500rpm, but for me it's quite the opposite. I love that sound at 2500rpm, and I often accelerate between 2000-3000rpm, just to get it!
Then DSG farts are much better too!!👌
At the same time, I mounted a turbo inlet pipe/hose, and a muffler delete, and it’s just perfect.
Now I have a better turbo inlet sound, and a better exhaust sound, for less than 300€, not bad I think…
Thank you all for the help, and have a nice weekend…
