Does Octavia MkIII (2020) use "belt tensioner" fuses?
This description is of a purely mechanical function of an inertial real seat belt. Your fuses relate to seat belt pre-tensioners, which I sincerely hope you'll never need, but you'll be very grateful for should you ever be involved in a crash with a relative closing speed above 10 mph.
