Updating Infotainment - a few Qs
The link from Pab is the headunit software including the inbuilt bluetooth and smartlink etc. It does not include maps or radio logos. If there are stability issues or phone incompatibly, performing this update might help but there is no guarantee as it'll depend what the update is designed to fix. These updates are only suppose to be done by dealers as they have access to the files. However, as you've seen, some updates have been leaked and are now freely available. Obviously there is some risk involved with a software update so if you're not comfortable, you might get a friendly dealer to do it for you. These updates are very infrequent so 0253 might be the last update for your headunit. I'm pretty sure they can be performed with any SD card. The maps and radio logos are a separate update. These come out more frequently and are designed to be updated by the cars owner which is why you're able to download them directly from the VW and Skoda portals. As you have an Amundsen, you will need to use a Skoda SD card for the maps. The radio logos can go on any SD card.

Messed up coding on headlights
It looks like that file has been modified, have you got the unedited version?

Updating Infotainment - a few Qs
Pretty sure that's an Amundsen, I think the latest software for that version is 0253. Not sure what changes there are or if it'll help your issues. Amundsen maps need to be on an original Skoda SD card, despite the Skoda site claiming a 32GB card is required for the Europe wide maps, they will still fit on a 16GB card If you add the picture to this thread, I'm sure Pab will provide a software update if available:

Superb 2 - yaw sensor
Welcome! The position will depend on which ABS pump you have, Some have the sensor pack built in and others have a separate unit. If it is a separate unit, this post might help as it's likely to be in the same position:

Updating Infotainment - a few Qs
The updates via the Skoda website are just maps and radio logos. It won't update the actual software running on the headunit. You can use any of the maps, it depends how much coverage you want and which countries you care about Feel free to post a picture of your headunit, that'll help people identify it and give better advice...

Service intervals.....
Welcome! You might want to add which engine you have

Move settings and functions from main screen to Maxidot
I don't think you can move any settings from the headunit to the maxidot. Is this something you've seen elsewhere or something you're hoping is possible?

Android Auto not working with new phone (Android 11)
It could be phone related? My pixel 2 is running Android 11 and has no issues with AA on the Amundsen in my '18 plate vRS. There might be a software update. Pab is super helpful if you post a picture of the current software version to this thread:

Kodiaq rear fog light replacement
All I can suggest is taking the rear clusters out and having a look to see if there is an obvious fog light bulb. Instructions are in the owners manual on page 308: https://ws.skoda-auto.com/OwnersManualService/Data/en/Kodiaq_NS/11-2017/Manual/Kodiaq/A_SUV_Kodiaq_OwnersManual.pdf If it is a bulb, it would be good to confirm it as other people may find it helpful if there isn't a bulb, then it may be an LED on the inner section but I'm not sure how you'd remove that. Maybe another Kodiaq owner can help.

Kodiaq rear fog light replacement
Just to confirm: - it's a RHD/UK Kodiaq - there are no working rear fog lights - there is a warning on the dash saying it's faulty The owners manuals I've skimmed over only mention replacing the rear indicator bulbs. I've not seen any reference to a replaceable halogen rear fog light I'm afraid

Kodiaq rear fog light replacement
I'm pretty sure the rear fog light is LED on a Kodiaq so if it's gone, you'll need a new cluster as it's not a replaceable bulb. Which side has gone? I ask as you only have one rear fog light which is on the drivers side so it's normal not to have one on the passenger side

Overheating problem
Could be the waterpump, it's a common issue on the earlier TDi's:

Octavia TSI DSG (66 plate) Battery Problem
If you have a multimeter, you can measure the standby current of the dashcam to get an idea of how much juice it uses. A quick google suggests that at least some dashcams consume almost as much power in parking mode as they do in normal recording mode! There is a document about finding parasitic current draw, that suggested that a non-modified car should be under 40mA after it's been locked and undisturbed for 2 hours. It's a few years old but that would work out as a maximum of around 0.5W. Looking around, dashcams in parking mode can use anything between 1 and 4W which is why dashcam users often have a fault code about quiescent current being too high. It might be worth investing in a battery saver or separate battery for the dashcam to avoid these problems

Dsg Basic Settings and adaptation with OBD Eleven
Based on this thread, OBDeleven might not be suitable for DSG adaptions as a MK5 Golf should be similar to a '09 Superb: https://forum.obdeleven.com/thread/1127/dsg-adaptation-re-calibration-capability Things may have changed but it's worth asking on the OBDeleven forums as they should know what the tool can or cannot do

Is my Superb a 1Z, 3T, 3U or 3V?
A 2020 Superb should be a 3V, at least in the UK. As mentioned above, your VIN will confirm. You can see pictures of each generation (3U, 3T 3V) on wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Å koda_Superb

VCDS owner in Barcelona/Girona/Catalunya? .. to try to enable traffic sign recognition on a 2019 Octavia Scout
It's not a pr code, it's the first part of the camera part number 😉 When you scan the car, you'll find out which and therefore which coding is correct 🙂

VCDS owner in Barcelona/Girona/Catalunya? .. to try to enable traffic sign recognition on a 2019 Octavia Scout
The coding you've posted looks to be for a 3Q0 camera but I expect you'll have a 3QD or even 2Q0 camera. - If you have a 3QD camera, it'll be a different byte/bit - If you have a 2Q0 camera, it's not possible with VCDS/OBDeleven to enable TSR as it needs an extra FeC applying :(

VCDS owner in Barcelona/Girona/Catalunya? .. to try to enable traffic sign recognition on a 2019 Octavia Scout
The TSR enablement should be pretty much identical for any MQB car. However, it's important to find instructions for the right age of car as the modules change depending on model year. More importantly, is the OP aware that TSR needs an Amundsen to Columbus to work properly? It uses the satnav data as a basis and uses the camera to supplement it when their are temporary limits, changes etc. It can be made to work if you also change: Address A5 channel IDE04733-Road sign detection fusion mode to Road Sign Detection But I think you'll have a warning on the cluster every time the car is started

Infotainment & Lighting query
Just a quick update, I had the CAN-gateway flashed and parametrised today so it now reports as: Address 19: CAN Gateway (J533) Labels:| 3Q0-907-530-V1.clb Part No SW: 3Q0 907 530 Q HW: 3Q0 907 530 C Component: GW MQB High 436 4344 After changing "Ambiente_Fahrprofil_Individual" back to 7, it verks! When in "automatic", the "individual driving mode" colour correctly matches the last one chosen via the "manual" selection. Happy days! It also seems to remember the last driving mode which is exactly what I was hoping for, win for player
