Not really... You will need to modify the bumper to fit around the pre-FL lights. There is a bump on a FL bumper which isn't there on a pre-FL bumper.

Online parts catalogues might help but they don't give as much information as the proper Skoda system - at least not without subscribing. Having multiple parts for a single year/model is normal. Each part will have different PR-codes so you use those to narrow it down. Can you post an autoscan of your car using VCDS or similar? It might help to see what you currently have installed...?

That VCDS page doesn't apply to the rack used in the cars you've mentioned. At least I can't see any autoscans online where a Golf has 1B fitted... You need to find a VIN from a similar Superb with PR-1N7. I think it's PR-1N7 for dynamic steering you're interested in. Take a look at some part catalogues and see what racks they offer for each pr code 👍 @numskull for the Skoda's, I think it's a variable ratio rack. It gives a more direct/sporty feel without making it twitchy or heavy in the center.

As above, the actual weight depends on a great number of factors. Both the 10/2009 and 01/2010 brochures show the following table which suggests the estate is ~15kg heavier in it's 2.0l TDi form:

Android Auto WiFi connection
No experience yet... Most my journeys are an hour plus so wireless AA would destroy my battery life. Much easier to just plug it in and have a fully charged phone when I arrive 😉 Pretty sure others have used it and a few other brands. Hopefully someone will be along with first hand experience 👍

A very quick google suggests: - 5E9 parts are for a Scout (4x4) - 5E0 are for 'normal' models I'm not sure what the difference between 5E0 804 875 and 5E0 804 875 C is though... I'd suggest you contact Skoda to see what part they suggest for your VIN Taken from an accessories pdf:

A quick google suggests: P2000 - NOx Trap Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 P0237 - Manifold Pressure / Boost Sensor (G31): Signal too Low U11F5 - Likely DPF related? P0641 - Sensor Reference Voltage "A" Circuit/Open P0651 - Sensor Reference Voltage "B" Circuit/Open P0697 - Sensor Reference Voltage "C" Circuit/Open If I were you, I'd get a local VCDS user to perform a scan. At the very least that will give you a little more information including if the codes are current or historic and when they last occurred. Can you elaborate what the issue was and how you fixed it? Might help someone in future

Pretty sure that stopped being possible on some models starting around 2010. For instance, the early MK2 Octavia could be done by changing an adaption channel but the late ones need a new dataset uploading. I don't think you'd be able to a 'light' setting to the menu. In theory, you should be able to change the assistance for one mode though. Pretty sure it's a dataset/parameterisation job to change the steering assist curve these days. It's not something VCDS or OBDeleven can do. You'll need something like ODIS or VCP

Canbus voltages
Based on that and plenty of other images via google, CAN-high is normally 2.5-3.5v and CAN-low is 1.5-2.5v A normal meter will struggle to give you a true voltage but it does appear you may have them reversed...

2x Part worn Nexen N Fera SU1 (225/35 r19 88Y XL) with ~6mm tread
I've just had a set of four pilot sports fitted and the old ones seemed too good to throw away. Date code on both is 1220 making them almost two and a half years old. Tread is ~6mm by my measurements, few pics below. Not really sure what they are worth, so I'll say £70 for the pair as that seems much better value than most on eBay. Collection only, located on Swaffham, Norfolk but I'm frequently in Cambridge if that helps.

preventing a flat battery caused by stupidity
If you take a look at the wiring diagrams, the 12v sockets are connected directly to the battery via a couple of fuses. There is no mechanism for the car to turn them off. It's impossible to say how long you'll get as it depends on so many factors Weird that the OP battery saver device didn't work...

MIB 2.5 and VC install
The display will need to be from an Octavia - I think there is only one 9.2" variant and the part number is 5E0 919 606 D. I believe the headunit can be from any model. Columbus MIB2 units can be converted into MIB2.5 but there is more info in Pab567's post here:

It's not clear which part numbers you're looking for? There are two different Octavia virtual cluster part numbers: - 5E0 920 790 (no sporty display) - 5E0 920 790 A (with sporty display) I retrofitted the A variant to my 2018 car. I added a MOST (fibre optic) to the headunit and also changed the MFSW buttons to 3V0 919 719 E (this adds the 'view' button). There are loads of MIB2.5 part numbers, my car came with the following Amundsen which works perfectly with the VC: - headunit 5Q0 035 874 C - display 5E0 919 605 M I'm no expert on older cars with VC installs but I think you might need a newer CAN-gateway. If you use the sporty display mode, you'll might find the output power bar doesn't work either. Image of the display modes:

If I remember correctly, I think U140600 is normally due to something consuming power when the car is turned off - normally like a dashcam or charger left plugged in. It might be worth finding a garage with some better diagnostic equipment as I doubt that code is related to your issues... Batteries should be coded after fitting as the car does various clever stuff to making charging more efficient. The coding is mostly to reset any learnt values to make sure it can be fully charged and the capacity is correct.
