Today the rear brake from a MQB EVO model was installed in a MQB Classic vehicle... both vehicles have PR code 1KE.... everything fits, however the complete 1KE MQB EVO brake is required... that means caliper and motor for the EPB, as well as pads and discs... what I immediately noticed when driving, the EPB drive is much smoother, quieter and simply much more comfortable... for me it is definitely an upgrade

  19. It's nice if you say no basic is needed. That helps vehicles where the wires have been repaired, but not if the tailgate no longer opens and closes automatically and the control unit reports the error message "no basic setting." But apparently you know better. With that in mind, I wish you a nice evening.
