I've just read all 12 pages, I'm sooooo glad there are people like you in this world, someone bonkers enough to make a 4x4turbo citygo and leave it looking standard. I had a 75ps on demo and that was fairly nippy for the power. God knows what it will be like with 350bhp. Next time I'm at jabbasport I'll have a look :)

Where do I put the spare wheel? ;)

In the bin!!!!!

Ooooh very nice :)

Jesus, that's some welding!!!!

Awesome progress so far. Actually surprised at how quickly it's coming along

Those new bits on the car are currently structurally the strongest members of the whole car!

Let's hope it will be stronger that this bad boy ;)

Are you leaving the floor open like that so you can see the diff?? Please do... just plexiglass it. Polish the diff... yum :)

Isn't the hole for a rear mounted radiator? ;)

Subscribed :)

Looking good so far.

Would love to see it in the metal.

Lol I thought I was being greedy having 3vehicles.

You might as well put the air lines in now. Save me a job when Richard gets bored of it down the line and I make him an offer he can't refuse. :)

Nick P driving a Citigo........that would be a sight to behold

Take the roof off, driver's seat out and steer from the back, then it might just be possible

Now back to the thread :)

Richard: hi it's Richard, I need a rear diff for a Citigo

Parts: WTF.

Very good.

Just noticed this thread. This is awesome and hope all goes well for the Boss :)

I know that you have used the driveline from an Audi TT....so is that a full Quattro....or is it Haldex controlled as per R32 MKIV????

The TT does not have full Quattro in terms of the traditional system.

They may stick a Quattro badge on the back for marketing purposes, but even the new TT-RS (£50k-ish) just uses a Haldex system broadly similar to the Yeti...

So no torque vectoring for each wheel?

So no torque vectoring for each wheel?

No current or past Haldex system has Torque Vectoring, why would that be an advantage on this car? It can still move the torque between axels and individual wheels on that axel.

I think the next generation E-Haldex may include it in the future now Borg Warner have been at the reigns a while.
