Haha, I got a pair like these Coco and Griffon (pronounced Griffin). Great pair of dogs, Griff is just over a year and needs a lot more training but Coco does Fly Ball and Agility.

No we got him as a rescue dog as he was found at 10 week old wondering the streets :( just finding out what we need to do to have him exempt :) he's already micro chipped and learning to wear a muzzle as well as  have him booked for his balls off when he gets to age :)

Ah I see! I'm surprised they rehomed him without prepping all the legal stuff that's involved. Let us know how you get on, he's a lovely looking dog!

Get miniature Jack Russell it's about 2 now, horrible dog.

You let it out to bark at the neighbours dog and let it back in to p#@s and s$&t in the house... If it lives as long as my dad jack Russell did then I've got another miserable 20 years of the little... Urgh

11 year old Heinz 57 breeds terrier cum Shepherd cum something. Medium height. Black and tan. Short haired, thankfully. Ex Dogs Trust as pup. Used to do agility with eldest daughter and won prizes at it. Now just ball chasing obsessed. Sorry, unable to load photo just now.

She hates it when I'm working away, like this week, as that means she has to live with her human sisters who "only" take her on 3 walks per day and don't throw the ball as far as I do! Judging by the greeting whenever I get home anyway. That said, she greets our daughters similarly when they get home from Uni.

She tolerates the Hearing Dogs pups we socialise, when they invade "her" territory and try to steal her ball / toys. After a few months decides to be mates with them, then they go off to do their career job and another one arrives - the look on her face each time is "Oh No! Not another one!?"  For a few weeks then it's "OK, can we keep this one?". Apart from one little JR x Papillon she hated from day 1. Good judge of character she is. He failed his HD tests spectacularly!

Another JR here. Mad as a brush and grumpy, but we wouldn't be without her!

Her name is Tilly and even these days if she catches sight of a reflection of herself in a window she'll bark at it!

I've tried that with Cairns- they are too clever to see REFLECTED  dog as an adversity- they KNOW it's a mirror image.

We've got two Tollers (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers) Felix, who's just turned 9 and his daughter Tanith, nearly 2 years old, they keep us busy between agility, obedience, breed shows and exploring all the woods, lakes and fields we can find! e2fee84198a7bbddc8ac28816ab788cf.jpg25238123a78bcfb247a96bde71829af8.jpg

  • 2 weeks later...

We have had 5 Staffies ,first one, The Duke died of a neck tumour, then we had a rescue dog Winston, he had only 3 legs ,lost one due to car accident and owner didn't take him to a vet -followed by an RSPCA court case.We had him for 11 great years till a heart attack took him.We then had Buster and Tilley ,they had a good life together and are laid to rest in our garden.

That should have been the end,but we have ended up with our sons dog he got from a guy who did not want him,he is 4 years old and is mad as box of frogs ,but he's here till the end..Our dog ownership has been over a period of 35 years now.
