I´ve activated both front and rear raindrops wiping on my MY17 Estate Mk3.

I can give coding for rear wiper if needed. Just ask. ;)

Hello i just wanted to share this, today i have enabled anti theft system in my superb III i did it with obd11.

1º go to long coding 09 (Central electrics)

byte 12 bit 0 - active

if your bcm does not accept long coding go to the next step

2º go to adaptation in 09 (central electrics)

search for anti-theaft device

Diebstahlwarnanlage -  active/enable (this is the substitute for not having long coding)

Akustischer Alarm Signalhorn - active/enable

WA Alarmverzoegerung - driver door contact thatcham

DWA Camper Modus: active/enable

Sirenen Alarmzahl: 10 Alarme

Verzoegerung Panikalarm,2 sekunden verzoegerung

My car is 2016 superb but has a newer bcm and gateway so so no longcoding in bcm for me

Is there anyone that coded esc to off when holding the button instead of esc sport?

Would like to have esc sport with a push of the button and esc off when holding it in.

I'm using obdeleven and not vcds though, saw that this was a vcds thread but i took a chance asking anyway 🙃

Can be adjusted in STG 03.

bytes 29
Adjust the last number in the hex value.
??6 ESC on / ESC Sports / ESC off

??7 ESC on / ASR off / ESC off

??9 ESC on / ASR off / ESP Sport

Whether VCDS or OBD11 ... is the same for both. Only the surface is a bit different.

Hello,

I activated the change of the ambient lighting in the different driving modes. I want to ask how can I change the profile color to "Normal" from the menu.

Is it possible to code front DRLs as indicators on non-Matrix LEDs? I have the standard LEDs which have amber halogen bulbs as indicators but DRLs are white all the time and do not blink.

Probably. But a flashing white light isn’t an indicator. You won’t be able to change the colour of the flash either.

Ah, okey. So there is separate amber light strip in Matrix LEDs to do the amber flashing?

As far as I'm aware they beam LEDs into a Plexiglass which are controlled by independent LEDs, that way they can use the same strip but have different LEDs

I wonder could you have alternate flashing of the DRL and the indicator bulb? I had that on a 2017 FL Octavia and it made the car much more visible as the standard bulb was very difficult to see especially in sunny conditions.

Well, it made it more visible because it was all blinking like a Christmas tree, thus taking attention of other road users to your Christmas tree instead of paying attention to other road conditions and users, thus lowering overall safety. My opinion. Btw. I am quite sure car with this turned on should not pass MOT, at least here in Slovenia it would fail.

If the visibility and safety is priority, the safe way is to lower drl luminosity when turn signal is on, as old Audis had. Thus turn signal is more visible, no Christmas tree and there is still some visibility of the drl led, thus also car is still visible. Again, my opinion.

Or you can go full Turkish way with blinking rear brake lights, front fog light, etc. Though it doesn’t mean it is smart or nice looking, if it is possible.

U need to have version B headlights, otherwise the eyelash coding won't work.

Have u checked this physically?

Those r instructions I created, and I've clearly stated that u need Version B.

@JR RS I can send you mines if you want to compile them. I have some more:

- Enable Ambient lights coupled with DCC Driving mode

- Enable Easy Entry

- Enable rain drops wiping on both front a rear wipers

- Activate Emergency Brake lights flashing (on brake bulbs)

- Activate Emergency Brake lights flashing (on direction bulbs)

- Activate fan blowing speed in AUTO mode

- Activate Off Road mode on Columbus

- Disable DRLs upon hand brake activation

- Adjust Autohold brake release (Early / Normal / Late)

- Adjust Corner lights deactivation speed.

I just need to translate them in English. ;)
