Installed d3s led bulbs.  The brutal 3s change compared to xenon and better than the standard original led.

How about heating?  It has radiator and fans. Is it usable during hot summer time? How hot do the back of the cover gets?

¿Qué hay de la calefacción? Tiene radiador y ventiladores. ¿Es utilizable durante el caluroso verano? ¿Qué tan caliente se pone la parte posterior de la cubierta?

No problems of any kind.  It has a heat sink and the headlight itself does not get hotter than with a xenon.  Used on long night trips with no problems.  Used in the rain and very good.

This summer I will use them, but they heat up less than a xenon.

 A recommended change.

There are several users who have installed them in Russia who have installed them and in Spain there was a company that sold them (more expensive).

Does anyone know of a decent reliable set of cargo boot lights which would fit in a skoda combi MY2018?

I recently fitted a pair of Leds from Aliexpress , although they provided good brightness compared to the original lights they caused no end of problems with "boot open" errors and even battery drain.

Switched back to the lacklustre original bulbs while trying to find alternatives.

Are these any good?

I don’t believe anyone has managed to fit boot lights without some sort of problems unless they’ve bought these

Rather expensive but if they fit and guaranteed to work then it’ll be the best option

not ordered yet, seems ~30% overpriced, even with their "31%" discount

Thanks for remembering.

I´ve bought a 4 bulb set with 6+6 red & white LEDs since this post. But not installed yet. I ´ll let you know how the result is. ;)

Hi,

I finally installed the 6+6 LEDs (6 red + 6 white) such as these on my rear doors:

This looks like this:

The red lights look a bit clearer than they actually are.

I think I'm gonna install the 2 remaining sets on the front doors, since I'm a bit "fed up" with the Skoda logo:

It has something 'too much' for me.

@MartiniB Thanks for your advices

I finally installed the 6+6 red and whites LEDs. No more Skoda logo on the floor for front doors. Back to simplicity :

A couple of years ago I upgraded the factory halogen reversing lights with Auxito LED lights.

While the improvement was great, I still found it a "bit" lacking.

So I put a set of iilumo LED lights - phwoahhhh, a nice improvement again.

Then....

Hey there! I have a Superb 2016 L&ask estate. The interior ceiling lights in the back of the car above the backseats is very weak and a bit too bluish for my taste. What is it called? And has anybody changed it?

Hello, this week i have replaced my xenon light with led lights. I was  afraid in doing the switch because there is no known brand that produces these kind of lights. In the past i changed the fog lights to led and they have been working good since i replaced them 4 years ago. The brand i choose then was bevinsee  so i went to theire site and found that they made led light that replaced xenon lights and one good thing about this brand is that have a warranty of 3 years , so i decided to purchase them . I fitted them (my lamps are non sla ,  i did not remove the wheel arches but it was dificult to clip the led lights in ) . For now , i'm happy with the light they are 6000k 7000lm, they produce more light then the oem (xenarc osram d3s) below  is the link to the lights oficial webpage but i bought them from aliexpress for 55€.

What do you mean when you say your lights are non sla? But you’re certainly brave; I hope they don’t melt your headlamp housings.
