Hi Sasha, looking at the picture I thought that you had changed the car, it looks gloss black instead of gunmetal grey 😮 unless I'm needing a trip to that well known optical emporium 🙄

 

Mine is in desperate need of a good clean, tomorrow is the day, my push bike will be getting done too, as it's just as filthy as the Octavia it has been parked up for over a week, as I've been away with the g/f down South Devon on holiday and she insisted on driving. Winner winner lol

Picture does make it look almost black, it’s still grey though  I go back and forth on the colour, I do wish I could have had a more interesting colour but it is a lovely shade of grey with great blue flake pop if nothing else.

Btw, where is the skoda center wheels caps  ?

They were off being cleaned as the wheels had to be rebalanced. Hate having wonky centre caps so I put them on after.

I do really like it, even though I’ve never really got 100% on board with the colour  it has grown on me now it’s nice and shiny. It’s also hit another mileage milestone and moved beyond, nearly 114k on the clock now!

Final touch up complete and now basking in the sun, ready for next weekend when they’ll finally be offered up onto the car along with Golf Clubsport discs, new pads, new fluid, RS3 brake ducts and VBT custom mounts. Can’t wait 😎

Brake work all done 🥳 now need to get it all clean again for Trax next weekend.

 

Gone for Aston Martin DB9 calipers, Pagid pads, Golf Clubsport discs, RS3 brake ducts, VBT carriers, HEL braided lines and new OEM VAG DOT4 fluid. Lovely 😁
