The West Meon Hut meet #65

 

Tuesday, 7th of August 7pm onwards but, some do rock up early.

 

The place does a range of cheap'n'cheerful food & drinks, its not a dive but, don't expect a classy joint either what is does have is some quick, interesting sections of road & a large carpark.

 

All Skoda & Non-Skoda drivers welcome, partners & children welcome although, being a Car Club it may not be very interesting for them.

 

I'll keep tagging previous attendees to ensure everyone is as well informed as can be although, please pm me to be removed from the list should it become a PITA

Oh well, I clearly didn't have my thoughts gathered as I came along today instead of tomorrow.

 

Another 100 mile round trip. At least the weather was nice.

 

On the plus side, I was able to confirm, in person, that there is a table booked for tomorrow!

Maybe we can ask for the table to be outside? I don't know if they reserve outdoor tables.

Just like to say a big thank you to all that I / we met, it was a very friendly and warm welcome and an even bigger thank you to Xavier for taking the 4 of us out in what must be one of the ultimate Wolf in sheep's clothing electron powered missile!  The performance was just staggering, my Son could hardly contain himself when we got home whilst telling his Mum about it.

 

Sorry we left without coming in to say goodbye but I really needed to get my Boy home.

Very much agree. I enjoyed my drive of my first ever electric car. Best to start it off with the maddest one you can find no? Thanks @Xavier!!!
