Mood lighting, good but not good enough
Oh sorry. Yes, on rereading your original post I can now understand what you meant. Best wishes.

My 2026 version does appear to have the cooling shutters & on first service around March 2027 will get the dealer to confirm this , no issues up to now !🫠

Timing stuck at 38
Not familiar with that engine. All mine were 1.9bxe but had a quick look online and if the G81 sensor fails or the needle lift sensor (yours reads within limits) the car reverts to default 38. If its not the G81 then may be wiring damage somewhere to either. Dont really trust AI but it came up with this to check G81 1. Check Group 007 in VCDS (The Live Data Test) Before buying parts, let VCDS tell you exactly what the G81 is seeing. Connect VCDS, turn the ignition on (engine off or idling). Go to Engine (01) -> Measuring Blocks (08) -> Group 007. Look at the field labeled Fuel Temp. The Verdict: If it reads an impossible number like -40.0°C or 130°C+, or if it doesn't closely match the ambient temperature of a cold engine, the sensor or its wiring is dead. The ECU is using a hardcoded fallback value, which locks your timing calculations. At this point its getting above my comfort zone. Alasdair

Thanks, yes, apologies, I only added that last pic as reference to the subfolders which I assume are all needed as well as the map regions data files. After deleting the items on the original SD card. I copy & pasted over the two unzipped portal update items that look identical to the ones that were on the original SD Card (see pic). Is that how/what you mean? Not sure why it's not reading the card as it's the same two items as they were, albeit the new update file and folder items. I'm kinda stuck here, and currently without any Nav at all, as I haven't tried copying back the original 2 items since sorting the disk space issue, prior to which, it wouldn't perform the task. Your help is most appreciated as I'm not the most tech savvy.- Jack Point
A little late to this, however I have just purchased my 2016 VRS Estate. Are these four lift points approved by Skoda as there is no mention of them in the Owners Manual and I don't yet have a workshop manual to check for any references in that. I did spot these at Powerflex that appear to fit in the four locations discussed but are different to the Audi / ECS one referred to earlier. Has anyone tried these? https://www.powerflex.co.uk/product-details/Jacking+Point+Insert+/13883.htmlLegend88 started following Jack Point- Today

@Jay787763 Has your issue been solved yet?- Kodiaq steering wheel vibration
Ive found on some polish forum that its possible that those OEM silentbock are to "soft". Some users replacw them Audi S3 silent block,- All In - anyone cancelled shortly after having a service, did you have to pay extra?
Found a post on one of the Tiguan forums where a poster was doing a lot of miles and needed two services per year. He bought All In at £29/mth during a discount period, had two services, then cancelled it after a year - had to pay a £39.32 settlement fee. So he got a minor and major service and MOT for just under £400 - way cheaper than it would have been paying normal dealer retail prices. I'm pretty miffed with our dealer - they were absolutely adamant that All In couldn't be taken out and used to pay for the service and MOT just before the car turns 3, yet Tiguan owners are reported their dealers could do it by setting up All In on the day the car was serviced.- Kodiaq steering wheel vibration
Dont think that Its halfshaft, i didnt have vibrations after some changes, but now i got some small, halfshaft will vibrate on acceleration. Steering rack has some difficulties and I hear some strange noises even when both shock absorbers are charged- Superb Mk2 2008 Keyfob Part Number

What you think about halfshaft or CV joints? In my opiniom resonance come from floor on passenger site also. They said that resonance on steering wheel could by coused by many electric engines of assistant system. Those systems are directly connect with steering rack.- Kodiaq steering wheel vibration
I changed on warranty right ball joint and left bearing, they also changed both back silentblock of front arms and I have small vibration back again. In my opinion, this is resonance of system from the road or its steering rack- Kodiaq 2017 - Strange 9 errors from nowhere
As I posted earlier, my car gave the same multiple errors as soon as the ignition was turned on, and the cause was a wheel sensor.- Wireless phone charge bay - iPhone Pro Max

@Binx1310 can confirm you have the right part in your post, mine above was wrong. I ended up replacing because it was actually broken in two places and it basically came off completely in my hand. The 3M 24 self adhesive electrical tape is very good for that sort of thing if you can patch up though.- 2.0TDI 184hv coolant issue
So I have problem with my 2015 octavia 2.0tdi 184hv. I can drive the car normally for how long ever I want, but when I floor it a couple of times, the coolant reservior is empty. Some of the coolant is outside the reservior, but most of it comes back to reservior when I open the cap. Already done: changed reservior cap, changed main waterpump, changed thermostat, checked for combustion gasses in reservior with combustion test, not the liquid one and there was no combustion gasses in reservior. I think it should not be the headgasket, because in normal drive there is no problems. Could egr cooler only give pressure to the system when I floor the car or could it be some waterpump, glogged radiator or leaking intercooler. I did pressure test while it was cool and there was no leakage. Also put 1 bar pressure to turbo and pressuretester on reservior and the pressure on reservior didn't go up. Should I just buy the egr cooler or is there some test I should do firstJoni5629 started following 2.0TDI 184hv coolant issue- Felicia MPI: Strange Front-End Noise – Brakes & Bearings Replaced

Thanks David, but I already realised that. It's individual OR driving mode, but I really want both. Red for sport mode, and my very tasteful purple and blue individual colours for the rest of the time with my individual driving profile. On the 1.9tdi BXE the camshaft pulley has three bolts in oval holes. When I did mine I had to loosen and adjust slightly. First I used locking tool kit and fitted belt then removed kit and rotated engine by hand but after a full rotation I had to adjust bolts slightlyt to get timing locking tools in again. Wasnt much probably 1mm but it may be enough to affect timing. Think they will run if only one tooth out but would be very noticeable. If its just slightly out by 1mm it may explain your problem.
