Don't the owners of F1 notice that worldwide viewing is way down since the shift to pay TV. Get it back on Free TV.

There is nothing to get back on. 

Just re-show old F1 races.

3 more GP off...including Monaco.

 

Maybe cash is no longer king.

Now Spanish, Monaco and Dutch GP races cancelled.

Without a 2020 season the team's don't have the income to build a completely new car...hence the delay, and chassis/engine freeze for next year.

Monaco has been cancelled as the organisers say it will not be possible to be re arrange the date. Personally I think all of the GP's postponed will be cancelled. It will be interesting to so how the championship will be run with less races, assuming that any races take place this year.

I posted a jokey post last week that it might come down to a One race shootout It appears to be getting closer to that,lowest number of races WAS 7 twice in the fifties,50 and 55 so watch this space.

Needs to be a minimum of 8 full races for the championship to be declared valid

At least Honda won't need to drive their usual cart and horses through the Engine Use regulations this year.  

 

What with them using double the allowed amount and Ferrari straight up cheating, it really shows how difficult it has been to de-throne Mercedes.

Mercedes agree to outlaw their fancy steering for 2021.

 

No it wasn't already illegal, as the 21 rules have been put back to 22.

 

So now the whole grid don't have to copy it for 21.

 

Also, development work on 22 cars is banned for the rest of this year, although how that will be policed is anyone's guess.

I know this will never happen, but if the 2020 season had to be settled with a 1 race 'Winner takes all', which race track would you choose?

 

I would choose Suzuka. In the wet!

A circuit with more overtaking possibilities would make a better race for me. Suzuka has too many fast corners.

 

Even Honda wouldn't want the race at their home track; based on the last couple of seasons they'd choose Mexico City.

 

I will have a think about this and get back...

If I had to pick one track as a decider it would be Spa.

Montreal in the damp is good. 

 

Bring back JB for a one off tilt at a second title.
